Vinyasa Yoga
At Om & Soul Yoga, our Vinyasa Flow classes welcome practitioners of all levels—beginner, intermediate, and advanced—to experience the transformative benefits of dynamic movement. Each session links breath with motion, creating a fluid sequence of poses that fosters mindfulness and presence. While we may come for the flow, we leave with so much more. These classes are heated to 99°F to relax the muscles and enhance flexibility. Lasting 1 hour and 45 minutes, each class includes a dedicated 15-minute śavāsana, allowing you to fully restore balance.
Ayurvedic Yoga
At Om & Soul Yoga, Ayurvedic Yoga incorporates tailored practices based on your unique doshic constitution, helping to bring balance to your body, mind, and senses. Ciann creates personalized plans aimed at harmonizing your dosha, ensuring a holistic approach to your well-being.
